Pedro Guerrero

Pedro Guerrero has been Chairman Bankinter from March 2007 to March 2024.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is a State Lawyer, Stock Exchange Agent and Notary Public of Madrid, the latter on leave of absence. He was Chairman of the Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Madrid and of the Sociedad de Bolsas.

He was also Founding Partner and Vice-Chairman of A.B. Asesores Bursátiles, S.A. and Chairman of A.B. Asesores Gestión and A.B. Asesores Red. Since March 2005 he has been a Director of PROSEGUR, S.A. He is also a Director of Lealtad Desarrollo, SCR, S.A., Chairman of Valores Darro, SICAV, S.A., and Joint and Several Director of Corporación Villanueva, S.A.
