Pedro Alvarez is the Co-founder and CEO of –ivoro, a food innovation hub based in Madrid from where they advice food SMEs and startups to accelerate innovation, becoming more competitive and sustainably and profitably grow. He also founded Mimic Seafood, a startup developing a plant-based alternative to seafood. Pedro is also part of the mentorship team of the EIT Food program.
