Grace Xin Ge

Grace Ge is founding partner of G-Bridge Partners, supporting next-generation sector champions across Europe and Asia. She was CEO of Hyperganic (Germany/Singapore) from 2023-March 2025; advisor, SVP and CFO of Du Xiaoman (Baidu Financial) 2019-2022; partner at Ares Management Private Equity and founding CEO of its China private-credit JV; and previously Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, Hong Kong. Grace holds an MBA from Harvard and dual BAs from Peking University. She is Aspen China Fellow, independent director of Yum China and Keep Inc., and Council Member of Beijing’s Women Association.
