Juan Antonio Zufiria

Juan Antonio Zufiria is an outstanding international leader with more than 30 years of experience at IBM, where he has held key roles in research, strategy and management. He has led the organization in Europe and the global technology segment, standing out for his client-centric approach and leadership in the transformation to cognitive and cloud solutions. His educational background includes a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the London School of Economics.

Juan Antonio also holds significant roles outside IBM, such as Honorary President of the Excellence in Management Club and membership in the Royal Academy of Engineering of Spain. His vision combines skills in mathematics and computer science with a deep understanding of strategy and finance, enabling him to guide organizations towards innovation and business success.
